– Print time and diary sheets
– Match invoices with PO tickets or product tickets
– Obtain hauling permits
– Order/confirm product for current jobs, update delivery schedule
– Direct phone calls to proper person
– Get the mail
Weekly
– Print job and bid sheet for weekly meeting, update job & bid list as needed
– Follow up with subcontractors in regards to subcontract agreements sent
– Sort driver logs
– Enter equipment repair cards
– File closed jobs
– Print time sheets out and hand them in
Bidding
– Fill out bin packet information, order bid bonds, obtain signatures, notarize
Awarded job:
– Obtain performance and payment bonds, maintenance bonds, and certificate of insurance
– Have paperwork signed, notarize and completed per contractor requirements
Sub Contracted Jobs:
– Prepare Recon Construction subtract agreements per subcontractor proposal sheet
– Obtain signed contract and certificate of insurance from subcontractor
All Jobs:
– Order/confirm product delivery, update delivery schedule log book
– Submit One Call tickets prior to work starting
– Obtain pictures of accidents
– Submit utility line strikes
Other:
– Update and post OSHA 300 log yearly or as needed
